Heather combines the scientifically proven healing powers of yoga and mindfulness while integrating breathing techniques and meditation. Heather is also Ganjasana certified through Yoga Alliance to incorporate the intentional consumption of cannabis into her offerings
About Heather Mitchell
Heather Mitchell has been living in the Denver area since 2013 and has been teaching yoga since 2015. In 2018 Heather was certified by Ganjasana through Yoga Alliance to incorporate the conscious consumption of cannabis into her yoga offerings. Heather offers workshops, retreats, and private events for anyone interested in benefiting from the healing effects of mindfulness, yoga, and cannabis.

Find the yoga or “union” of body, breath and spirit as you flow through a mindful 60 minute moving meditation. Heal your body on a cellular level with the benefits that come from conscious breath coupled with mindful movement.
Tuesdays 5:45pm Breath of Life Yoga
Detoxify your body in this challenging heated flow. Take your body to new limits as you stretch and sweat in this 60 minute aerobic class
Tuesdays 7pm Breath of Life Yoga
Rest and restore as you contemplate inspiring messages and themes while releasing deep muscle tissue tension in various yin postures.
Tuesdays 8:15pm Breath of Life Yoga
Cultivate body awareness with this all-levels Vinyasa Flow. Move with your breath as you explore your body while moving energy and releasing tension.
Saturdays 6:30pm Samadhi Center for Yoga Englewood Stidio
Wind down with this all-levels Vinyasa style class. With conscious breath, you’ll move mindfully as you create space in the body and stillness in the mind.
